Our Solution: Custom UI and Drawing Generation

To eliminate this drafting bottleneck, Spher Technologies fully automated the scaffold design process. We engineered a customized automation system featuring a direct, dynamic user interface (UI).

Input-Driven Output

Instead of manually drawing lines and blocks, the user inputs critical project parameters into the UI—such as length of the base, height of the base, number of bays, and specifics around guard rails and couplers. Upon executing the command, the plugin dynamically creates a fully accurate and to-scale CAD drawing of the scaffold structure reflecting all entered criteria.

This streamlined approach empowered Fox Scaffolding to drastically cut down on drafting time, realizing a near 80% reduction in hours spent generating drawings for typical structures.
